2. Client Responsibilities

Clients working with Mantrix Digital agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and timely information/content.

  2. Cooperate with our team through the development and marketing process.

  3. Review and approve milestones as per the shared timeline.

  4. Make payments as per the agreed invoicing structure.

 

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Payments are to be made 100% in advance unless stated otherwise in writing.

  2. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

  3. Once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.

  4. Additional services requested outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

 

4. Project Timelines

  1. Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and complexity.

  2. Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g., content delays, approvals) will extend delivery schedules.

  3. We strive to deliver all assets as per the committed timeline.

 

5. Revisions

  1. Projects include a limited number of revisions, defined in your proposal or agreement.

  2. Revision requests after final approval or delivery will be billed additionally.

 

6. Confidentiality

Mantrix Digital ensures complete confidentiality of all shared client data, credentials, and project files. We will not disclose or share this information without prior consent.

 

7. Performance & Liability

  1. We aim to deliver optimized digital results, but cannot guarantee fixed leads, conversions, or ROI as external factors may influence outcomes.

  2. We are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, hosting providers).

 

8. Portfolio Rights

Unless stated otherwise, Mantrix Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or promotional material for branding and case study purposes.

 

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services for:

  1. Breach of agreed terms

  2. Misuse of services or unethical behavior

  3. Non-payment of dues

 

10. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
